As of Thursday, before the black-out on the east coast, JC single is being pushed back. As a result, it is unclear whether the album will be released on 10/28 pending some decisions that need to be made by JC and Jive. There will be no VMA performance b/c all slots to perform on VMA's were filled about 1 week and 1/2 ago; plans to perform didn't work out.
